Kassiah says: I love ItzMegan73's story The Tutor, so I was excited to check out A Rough Start. This is an Edward unlike any that I have ever encountered: employed as laborer at a lumber mill, no money, no real support system, and no real responsibilities. The story starts off with a visit from a social worker, informing him that the mother of the son he never knew about has been in a fatal car accident. Edward goes to pick him up and struggles to deal with balancing work and having a child and all of the responsibility that goes with it.
Bella is a new teacher, and immediately takes to Edward's son when he is dropped off before school allows, comes with no lunch or money, and seems so sad. Even though Edward calls her "delirious bitch that has lost all touch with reality," she does everything she can to help him. I can't wait for them to get together! *squee*
I love the dialogue and the imagery that ItzMegan73 uses throughout the story. DILFward pwns my ass, and it is so different to come across an Edward who doesn't have anything figured out or anyone to help him. I am excited to see where this goes, and I think you will love it too. Read it. ;)

I've been reading this one!!! LOVE IT! I concur with everything you stated and would just like to add that this story is by no means your run of the mill everyday fanfiction and it would seem that new characters are being added to the story which leaves me with but one thing more to say..."the plot thickens"
