secamimom says: What first attracted me to this story was the fact that it included two Edwards. I mean, come on, who wouldn’t want two? Anybody? Didn’t think so. This story takes some plot points from Bridget Jones’ Diary, another reason I chose to read it.. Bella is a single woman working at a publishing company. In walks her new boss, Edward Masen, whom she thinks that she met the previous night at her mother’s party. But in actuality, she met his twin brother, Edward Cullen. I know, a little confusing. Esme chose to name them both Edward after her father. There is Edward James Masen, whom Bella calls Masen. He is basically what you would call a man whore. He would be Daniel Cleaver in the movie. And Edward William Masen-Cullen, whom she calls Cullen. Cullen, of course, would be Mr. Mark Darcy. Don’t let this little confusing bit hinder you from reading this story. This is not just a retelling of the movie, believe me, it is so much more. I like to imagine Masen, who has a British accent in the story as Rob. I imagine Cullen, as Edward. Anyway, if you have ever watched Bridget Jones’ diary, you can probably guess a few of the finer things about this story. The two brothers absolutely do not get along. The reasoning behind this happened long before Bella even entered the picture. Both brothers get to know Bella and both, eventually, fall in love with her. I can’t give away too much but just trust me. There are lemons galore. You will laugh your ass off at some the situations our dear Bella gets herself in to.
