Once upon a time, we posted the top ten fics that pwn our readers every week. Then we got lazy and stopped. No more! We want you to tell us the fics that you are just so darned excited about, you can barely think of anything else.
We’re changing things up a bit! We are only going to post the top ten fics once a month, but we are asking you to vote on your favorites! Take a look at them, check them out, and come back and vote. Why this fic pwns SharonWheeler: This story pawns me because I am not usually a Twilight Fan. I’d rather read Harry P. anyday, but when this story was rec’d on Twitter, I thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did! This Bella and Edward are so different from what I read in the original books, or from any other fanfiction story I’ve come across. I can’t get enough of the story line, or the constant danger Bella Marie is in. It’s refreshing to read about a historical Edward, and a unique Alice. I wait anxiously for more, as each chapter draws me in deeper and deeper!

Summary: A girl, a boy, a God, a life, a rebirth, an escape, an attempt at living again.
Why this fic pwns BelleDean: The story deals with the seldom covered subject of religion gone awry — a cult. At least seldom covered in fanfiction. Bella, a lonely teenager without much of a family, gets lured into joining a cult while still in high school. The story flashes back to Bella’s past as cult member and then to her future when she’s successfully escaped the spell she was under and meets Edward. I’m really curious how much of her past will be revealed and how it will impact her future. It’s beautifully written and offers an interesting perspective of the subject matter.
A Forbidden Love by: TwiLoverSue
Summary: Fleeing her father’s attacker, Bella masquerades as a servant while she awaits Lord Carlisle’s return, only to have Lord Edward decide to protect the new maid by making her his mistress. With her reputation ruined, all appears lost…or is it?
Why this fic pwns KeeWit: Someone else submitted this story as a pwn of the week right after New Year’s. I jumped right on it, and it’s pwned me ever since. Damn, damn, damn this is a good story!

Why this fic pwns Decca: A hilarious AU where Edward left town the day he met Bella. They end up working together at a bookstore and his reaction to the attraction is to try and get rid of her by making her working life miserable and getting her fired.
The story starts out with a Craigslist shout-out by Bella to the “infuriating bookstore jerk” and just gets funnier and funnier. Badjujube is a genius.
My Mate by: PrincessRachael
Summary: After 300 years, Edward finds his mate in young vampire Bella. But the mating blood rituals of vampires will test their strength and belief in each other. Graphic lemons and violence. Rated M.
Why this fic pwns Anonymous: This story is really amazing! It’s a very creative idea and the plot is moving along nicely. This Edward is also so sweet and sexy. Bella drives me nuts sometimes, but that’s nothing new. The lemons are fan-freaking-tastic! The sexual tension in the story is really awesome. The author also has regular and frequent updates!
Olly Olly Oxen Free by: Dandelion Mind
Summary: Until the murders, it was difficult to enjoy anything in this dull town. Now CSI has nothing on my life, and I have my own killer to catch. I just wish I didn’t have another mystery to solve. Bella. Just as puzzling, only infinitely more annoying. AH ExB
Why this fic pwns Anonymous: Even though this is Dandelion Mind’s first story, it already owns me. It is such a great mix of suspense, sarcasm, UST and humour. Bella is a mystery and thankfully, Edward is just as intrigued by her as the readers are. I’m sure I’m not only one slightly irritated by her (in a good way), just dying to know what her story is! Then we have Edward and he’s different than any I’ve read so far. Neither swoony (yet), nor a bastard, Dandelion Mind’s Edward will make you laugh with his crazy sense of humor and his antics.
I can’t wait for updates and I hope you give this story a chance!

Why this fic pwns rubyland: This story is complete and consists of 50 short chapters. This one is amazing, cause Edward has Aspergers Syndrom and has some social skill deficiency. Bella is the Coffee Girl whom he falls in love… The way Edward sees the life, his words, his bluntness and Bella’s love for him no matter what is a must read! It makes you smile more than you imagine:)) Perfect… Thanks CaraNo for such a great story.

Why this fic pwns Anonymous: I am OBSESSED with this story, like checking multiple times a day to see if its updated, can’t stop thinking about it obsessed. In it Edward and Bella have been married for years and have 4 children. Things have cooled off in their marriage, Edward is acting weird, and a blast from the past has returned, causing tension. Bella spoils Edward (she cuts his meat, um, really?) and completely takes care of the household. The shit has just hit the fan between them and its getting really good! Definitely a MUST READ!

Why this fic pwns Anonymous: The story is intense and mysterious. As the story unravels, the more you’ll like the story. The characters are written realistically and Bella is such a badass!

Summary: Edward is king of a dying race, his planet torn by civil war. Bella is abducted to become his bride. From college student to Queen… Can she learn to love this strange man and help save his people? AU/OOC. Rated M for lemons, violence and mature themes.
Why this fic pwns LadyLaywer: From the summary this is not a story I would have ever read. However, I so enjoyed Lissa’s story The Selkie Wife that I thought I would give this one a try. It was completed in February and I have had my Kindle read it to me three times since. What a joy!!! This is the sweetest Edward you will ever read. He is so devoted to Bella and their children it makes me melt. And, as an alien, he has a tail, which Bella learns to use to read his emotions. It is so creative and fun to read. Also, Lissa uses this story to take a look at problems with prejudice in our culture and problems with our political system as Bella makes choices in her new role as Empress of nine planets, each with different needs and political histories. I learn something new or think about things in a new way every time I read it. Rose and Alice are there and as loveable as always. But, there are new alien characters, particularly the alien Tanya, who is really special. I won’t spoil it, but read with tissues. There is also alot of suspense and you don’t know who the bad guy is until the end. Really nice. The summary sounds silly, but this is really a serious piece that is a delight to read and leaves you feeling really good. Having written this, I think I will read it again.
