MF’er says: I have to admit that I was a bit scared to read this because it involves a 20 something year old Bella and a 17 year old Edward… Val has written this perfectly for me. She took a very touchy subject in my eyes and made it innocent and romantic. She’s flipped something I would normally perceive to be wrong (i.e. student-teacher relationships) and made me see it in a completely different light. Sometimes we are quick to assume that the teacher is the pursuer in these situations and not necessarily the student. The fact is that sometimes you really just can’t help who you fall in love with, no matter what the consequences could be and this fic is a true testament to that. Edward might be 17 but it seems that his maturity level and knowledge are much higher than Bella’s. This is definitely one you should be reading if you enjoy the fluff.
