It oscillates between the worries of pregnant, human Bella and the struggles of newborn, vampire Bella. The way americnxidiot deals with all of the issues surrounding both time periods is executed flawlessly. So much of this is how I imagined BD should have dealt with this subject, but never did. One of the trademarks I have come to see in americnxidiot’s work is the marvelous way she portrays emotion in her characters. This story is no exception.
MF’er says: There really was no question in my mind about reading this one. I’m such a huge fan of Rachel’s work with C&C and You Get Me Closer To God that I knew how great it would be to read. We’re still getting started and, wow… she’s spun BD to a more realistic expectation than what we actually got from the book. As with all of her work the writing is beautiful and really, can you ever not love her Bella/Edward’s?
