We see four college kids who are in love with their respective significant others. On a night out to celebrate their college graduation, tragedy strikes. I’m pretty sure I was crying already when I read this line…

In the months following what happens, Jasper suffers through the loss of his girlfriend Alice, his best friend Edward… and of Bella. His biggest goal is to make things right with her, while she is suffering as well, losing the love of her life. He tries for months, calling each and every day at the same time, hoping that she will speak to him, only to be turned away by her father, Charlie.
After he runs into his old friend Emmett, and is invited to a barbecue, his one hope is that Bella will be there. Though she is absent, Jasper receives some words of wisdom from Emmett’s wife, Rosalie that sparks new hope in him once again…
“But it isn’t just about him,” she said. “She misses you, too, Jasper. She wants to reach out to you, but she doesn’t know how.”“I’ll wait,” I said. “I’ll wait forever, if that’s what it takes.”
I don’t want to give away what happens, but it’s truly beautiful and left me smiling through their heartache. Though it’s sad, you will enjoy reading this one, socact‘s writing style is wonderful and always a pleasure to read.
