I have never written a review for a story, but I want people to know how awesome this story is.
It takes place post New Moon, Edward left Bella and did not return. Five years later – a disease has spread among humans and for the ones that have been infected, their blood is poisonous to vampires.
Edward has lost his memory, and finds Bella and Jasper fighting for survival together. As he is reacquainted with the Cullens, he finds himself developing strange feelings for the human girl he previously wanted to eat.
This story is a slow burn – I actually had trouble getting into it for the first few chapters, but believe me, it is so worth sticking with! The Edward/Bella relationship dynamic is unlike what you’ve read before and is very real and sometimes painful. There is danger all around, so plenty of excitement and cliff-hangers.
The writing is spectacular, told from EPOV as he tries to reconcile who he is with who he was.
