Kassiah says: I read HourofLead’s collaboration with ThisColony, Lukewarm Alphabet. The Porcupine Embrace is nothing at all like that. But I really love it. I would definitely say to the reader to give it the first three chapters. If you are like me, seeing Edward flee from the scene in the prologue while Bella calls out to him, begging for a chance to explain, might make you think it is headed in a direction that Kass does not go in. But truly, this is an amazing story of how a misunderstanding and not truly trusting someone can ruin your life–if you let it. HourofLead has crafted a tale that is well-written and full of emotion. You should check it out.
MF’er says: TPE was one of the first fic’s I read, and I plowed through every chapter I could in one day! The story of these two had me completely captivated and I just wanted more more more. Definitely a story you don’t want to miss.
