About a year ago, I was introduced to a little gem of a fic. I don’t normally read fiction outside of the Twi universe, so it was with much trepidation that I decided to read a Golden Girls fic. As a fan of the hit TV show, I was afraid how my favorite South Florida gals would be portrayed. Would the author be true to canon elements? Would it stay faithful to the charm and sass of Sophia, Rose, Blanche, and Dorothy? Well, dear Fictionator readers, I can assure you, this is most certainly the all-time classic fic within the Golden Girls fandom. I can even make this claim without any reservation and without even reading another GG-related fic because it truly is that good!

Maybe Not So Annoying Anyway is less than a thousand words, but don’t let its small size fool you. This well developed story is true to the very essence of the Golden Girls, and you will practically hear their voices in your head while reading along. In this story, Have to write. has gifted his or her readers with a steamy hot lemon and a new vocabulary to impress your friends and colleagues.

Let me set up the story for you here. Rose enters the kitchen to chill a delicious cheesecake in the refrigerator (aka refesiter) where she is suprised to find Blanche pleasing herself with a battery operated device (aka vibe rater or liberator). Overcome by her friend’s “termite’s orgasms,” she just has to experience this kind of “ecasty” for herself. Can you blame a woman hailing from St. Olaf for wanting to experience a “Hugh orgasm” of her very own? Humor ensues as Dorothy and Sophia walk in on the masturbation fest. Will Dorothy and her mom also get involved in the good “vive rations” as well?

I hate spoilers, so I will let you read this story to find out for yourself. But I will admit, I have gone through countless panties with each read through of this fic, and you will too. Here’s a snippet that gets me hot and bothered every time:

It’s not a typo, just another example of the thought provoking words that Have to write. has graced upon his or her readers. So take a break from the Cullens’ and give this fic a chance. One look at the lesbison love in this story, and you’ll see just why they “thank you for being a friend.” Be sure to drop the author some words of love. Perhaps if he/she receives lots of delightful reviews, we might be graced with a Twi fic in the future! A girl can dream, right?
