LOL (Ok, so I really would NOT pimp it to my grandmother, but you know what I mean…LOL) Ok, now let’s be real cause we all know that I am about more than just the chapter 3′s. I need some substance and some grit to sink my teeth into for it to hold me. And holy hell does P&D give you some serious stuff! First of all, Jasper is a straight guy…he gets around, but has had an on again off again relationship with Alice for years. They are really more like friends with benefits. That is until he meets Edward. Edward is the college bad boy, the rebel, the quiet one that all the girls want. Jasper hates him. He hates that no matter which girl he is with…she seems to notice Edward when he’s around. But a chance encounter changes everything. And the UST begins…. Now I must warn you…as I do anyone that I rec this story to…that while this has my all time fav slash chapter, it also is an incredibly deep story. As Jasper and Edward begin to reveal their stories to each other we see some very dark and disturbing experiences. These experiences have shaped and created who they each are and are very important to the plot line, but they are definitely sad and I feel it’s only fair to warn a reader. The depth, beauty, and twists that ignrntslt delivers here, in addition to some of the hottest lemons, limes, and other citrus varieties, is so worth any amount of angst. I can’t say enough about how much I love this story! Give it a chance and be sure to leave her a review….then come find me to discuss ‘the bronze bush’, cause I know you’re gonna want to.

By the time I got to the smoking unbelievably hot chapter 3 I was completely pwned. I’ll say this again – chapter 3 contains one of the best slash lemons ever. I read it and then ran to send Katie (starfish422) the omgyouhavetoreadthisNOW pm. I think the strength of P&D is not with the lemons – it is with the angsty road that Jasper and Edward take to find each other. They certainly aren’t in happily ever after land currently either, but slowly they seem to be inching closer to each other.
