We all have our dirty little secrets, but no one’s are dirtier than the residents of Twilight Place. What will happen now that the notebook containing the inhabitants’ secrets has fallen into the hands of a stranger? Will they all be exposed? Who’s hiding what? Are Jasper and Alice as happy as they seem? Why can’t Rose get pregnant? Is Esme fucking the pool boy? Can Bella save her marriage with James? Will she want to now that Dr. Fuckhot McHottiepants has moved into the community?

We’ve just been introduced to the players and given a taste of what’s going on behind their carefully crafted facades of perfection, but believe me when I say that this is just a small sliver of what’s to come. Whatever you think you know, whatever plot twist you think you’ve unraveled – believe me when I say you have no fucking idea.

When I first heard about this project way back in the dim, dark past (August) while drinking heavily (one pear martini) with three of the four HOT bitches (antiaol, Melissa228 and ScarlettLetters) I’m pretty sure I spent the entire time covering my mouth and gasping. My side of the conversation went something like:

What?! No she doesn’t!
*giggle* Are you serious?
*horrified gasp* SHUT UP! No he does NOT.
*squee!* Tara is writing too?!

This project is a perfectly orchestrated, well-oiled machine. They have the storyline, the characters and the twists and turns planned to the letter. And believe me when I say, you have no idea what’s in store.

Are you ready to be mindfucked?

MF’er says: The girls pretty much said everything I wanted to say, I just have to comment… because I’m LOL’ing so hard at “Dr. Fuckhot McHottiepants” because damnit, it’s true. He drives a fucking motorcycle… it’s no secret that I have an um… rather fond view of those… and yeah, I love him. I’m also a big fan of THOTsper and his dirty little secrets. But beyond that, this is like the collab to end all collabs with four of my most favorite people involved and I’m so loving what they’ve given us so far. From the very first chapter the mindfuckery began, and I find myself waiting for Thursday nights to see what’s going to happen next. I just know you’ll love it, and when you’re caught up, I’ll be waiting with Kass by the pool with a mojito.

Kassiah says: Not gonna lie to you fine people, when they were providing teasers in the form of Character Intros and I read that Bella was married and Edward was not, I honestly did not want to read this story. Throw in the girl who has ripped my heart out and stomped surreptitiously all over it (that would be ScarlettLetters), and you can see why I would be leery about reading this. Only the lure of fellow wussperv antiaol could bring me to The Hills of Twilight. And make no mistake, I’m in. I’m sooooo in. I am pathetically constantly checking The Daily News in hopes of snapping up one of the beautiful houses on the cul-de-sac street called Twilight Place.

More like Desperate Housewives than MTV’s The Hills, tHoT is dramatic and soap-operaesque. There’s mystery. and intrigue. and fuckhotness. Do we really expect anything less from these hot bitches? I am telling you right now, I love this story. Seriously. In spite of the total mindfuckery. Or maybe because of it.

The Hills of Twilight has four couples(Esme/Carlisle, Emmett/Rosalie, Jasper/Alice, and James/Bella) plus Edward, some of whom we are introduced to on the Hills of Twilight blog. The story starts out with Maria moving out of the subdivision after being blackmailed by one of its’ residents. She’s been keeping a notebook full of neighborhood secrets that she believes gets stolen. When you find out who actually has the notebook, you are going to freak. or shriek. At least, that’s what I did.

I love this story first of all because Edward and Bella have an insane attraction to each other, and really, that’s just how I roll. I also love it because it is just so dramatic. And it’s funny. Also, knowing who is writing this fic only adds to its fuckawesomeness. I mean, if you read Return to Sender, you know the intrigue that Melissa228 can pack in. No one gets Bella the same way that antiaol does and the emotions that ScarlettLetters can express are unparalleled. And can you even imagine how hot tarasueme‘s Dr. Edward Masen is? Fuck yeah.

Everyone has secrets in this story. We don’t know many of them, but no kidding, when you find out Rosalie’s, I think shocked will be quite the understatement. With most of the characters, there is just speculation and conjecture. My only complaint? Updates are once a week. I want them everyday. *giggle* I highly recommend that you jump on this bandwagon stat. And then find me so we can drink mojitos and dish. I might even be interested in checking out Esme’s pool boy…nah!
